A frank dialogue between oud and rose. The master perfumer becomes here the arbiter of the conversation between two raw materials that everything opposes, strength and delicacy, shadow and light.

To tame the power and complexity of oud, master perfumer Alberto Morillas calls on a duo of roses, the Bulgarian rose and the centifolia rose. The oud assumes then the allure of a dark, mysterious flower, enhanced by a spicy touch of pepper and saffron. The woody leathery character of the perfume is finally enhanced by papyrus wood and labdanum. The oud marking this fragrance is therefore neither heady nor animalic, but balanced and nuanced like a silk satin that caresses the skin.

<tc>"This fragrance was inspired by my desire to create a delicate oud. Indeed, oud is a very powerful and animalic ingredient, often associated with an intense and woody scent. Here, I wanted to compose a subtle perfume, with a touch of femininity. To achieve this, I combined the Laos oud with two varieties of rose: the centifolia rose and the damascena rose. These two flowers are endowed with a soft scent, which adds to the perfume a subtle delicacy similar to the one of silk." Alberto Morillas</tc>

Design

Designed by the French house Pochet du Courval, the transparent glass bottle has a golden aluminum plate on the front. Here are laser engraved the name of the Mizensir house as well as that of the perfume. The bottle is topped with an injected zamak cap galvanized in shiny gold with an engraving on the top, as well as an anodized aluminum collar.
