The collection of scented disinfectant gels is no longer available in France.
According to decree n ° 2021-76 of January 27, 2021 modifying decrees n ° 2020-1262 of October 16, 2020 and n ° 2020-1310 of October 29, 2020 prescribing the general measures necessary to cope with the epidemic of COVVI-19 within the framework of the state of health emergency
" Art. 56.-I.-The provisions of this article are applicable to the sale of hydro-alcoholic gels or solutions intended for bodily hygiene, regardless of their commercial name.
"II.-Retail price of the products mentioned in I cannot exceed:
“1 ° For containers corresponding to a volume less than or equal to 50 ml, 35.17 euros per liter all taxes included, or a unit price per bottle of 50 ml maximum of 1.76 euros all taxes included;
"2 ° For containers corresponding to a volume greater than 50 ml and less than or equal to 100 ml, 26.38 euros all taxes included per liter, or a maximum unit price per bottle of 100 ml of 2.64 euros all taxes included ;
"3 ° For the containers corresponding to a volume greater than 100 ml and less than or equal to 300 ml, 14.68 euros all taxes included per liter, or a maximum unit price per bottle of 300 ml of 4.40 euros all taxes included ;
“4 ° For the containers corresponding to a volume greater than 300 ml, 13.19 euros all taxes included per liter, or a maximum unit price per bottle of one liter of 13.19 euros all taxes included.

“The maximum selling prices provided for in this II are applicable regardless of the distribution method, including in the event of online sales. They do not include any delivery costs.
"These prices are also applicable to the sale of the products mentioned in I when it is intended for end users other than consumers within the meaning of the introductory article of theconsumer code.
"III.-The wholesale price intended for the resale of the products mentioned in I cannot exceed:
“1 ° For the containers corresponding to a volume less than or equal to 50 ml, 30 euros excluding taxes per liter;
“2 ° For the containers corresponding to a volume greater than 50 ml and less than or equal to 100 ml, 20 euros excluding taxes per liter;
“3 ° For the containers corresponding to a volume greater than 100 ml and less than or equal to 300 ml, 10 euros excluding taxes per liter;
“4 ° For the containers corresponding to a volume greater than 300 ml, 8 euros excluding taxes per liter.
